Description The American Hellenic Council is proud to present a World-Class Live Theatrical Production of the ancient Greek drama by Euripides: TROADES (TROJAN WOMEN).

A Q&A session will follow in which the actors and actresses will answer questions regarding the play and Ancient Greek Theater.

The play will be performed in Greek with English Supertitles.

Plot Summary:
The play that was originally written by Euripides in Athens around 400 B.C. portrays the plight of women and children following the defeat of Troy by the Greek Armies at the Trojan War as the remaining families of the defeated Trojans are about to be taken away as slaves.
